Comber Potato Recipe Competition for Women’s Institute Members
The home of the Northern Ireland potato is undoubtedly Comber! New season Comber potatoes and Comber Earlies are already renowned for their distinctive taste, and carry the official EU PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) status.
Comber wants you to share with them, a potato recipe with a unique twist! Be creative!
It can be either savoury or sweet! All we ask is that your recipe takes under 45 minutes to cook from prep to plate.
